摘要
有限元方法和有限元软件作为轮胎设计与分析的主要手段可以提高轮胎产品质量和降低成本。研发的轮胎多方案有限元分析结果自动后处理系统可以根据需求自动获取、处理ODB文件中的海量数据,将分析结果自动生成PPT有限元分析报告。对于5种轮胎分析方案,原来需要一周时间完成数据整理及PPT分析报告制作,使用该系统10 min内即可完成,极大地提高了研发效率。
With the finite element method and software as the main tools for tire design and analysis, the tire quality was improved and cost was reduced. The automatic post-processing system of the finite element analysis results of multiple tire schemes(FEA-PPT-APPS) was developed in this study. The system could automatically acquire and process massive data in ODB files according to requirements,and could automatically generate PPT finite element analysis report. For the 5 tire analysis schemes,it took a week to finish data processing and PPT analysis report before,and this system could completed it within 10 minutes,which greatly improved the efficiency of research and development.
