地诺前列酮栓应用于妊娠晚期引产的观察及临床护理要点

摘要
目的研究地诺前列酮栓应用于妊娠晚期引产的观察及临床护理要点。方法根据随机数字表方法,对2016年1月—2017年2月我院收治的60例妊娠晚期引产产妇进行分组。所有产妇用地诺前列酮栓引产,对照组采取常规的护理方式,观察组配合全面护理干预。就两组产妇妊娠晚期引产平均时间、宫颈成熟评分、产后出血情况和护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇妊娠晚期引产平均时间、产后出血情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组宫颈成熟评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地诺前列酮栓应用于妊娠晚期引产效果确切,可促使宫颈成熟,辅以全面临床护理可缩短引产时间,减少出血,提升满意度。
Objective To study the application of dinoprostone suppository in induction of labor in late pregnancy and the main points of clinical nursing. Methods According to the method of random number table, 60 cases of pregnant women in late pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were divided into two groups. All women with dinoprostone suppositories induced labor, the control group took routine nursing, The observation group combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The average time of induced labor, cervical ripening score, postpartum hemorrhage, nursing satisfaction and cesarean section rate between two groups of pregnant women were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The average time of labor and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in the comparison between the two groups of cervical maturity score(P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of dinoprostone suppository in the third trimester of pregnancy has the exact effect of induction of labor, which can promote the maturation of the cervix. Complementary clinical nursing can shorten the time of induction of labor, reduce the bleeding, and improve the satisfaction.
