汽车空调蒸发器排水方案设计与试验研究

摘要
针对汽车空调中经常出现的溅水和飞水问题,提出有利于汽车空调蒸发器排水的扁管和翅片结构及二者装配方案,并进行试验验证。结果表明,与常规蒸发器相比,优化设计的蒸发器比较有利于排水,可有效解决空调箱的溅水和飞水问题。
        According to the common issues of splashing and flying water occurring in the vehicle air-conditioning,the flat tube and fin structure are put forward,as well as the assembly method,which is useful for evaporator drainage. In addition,the experimental verification is conducted. The results show that compared with the traditional evaporator,the evaporator with optimal design contributes to drainage more,and it can solve the issues of splashing and flying water.
