123例曼氏裂头蚴病的临床特点及治疗观察

摘要
目的探讨曼氏裂头蚴病的临床特点和治疗结局。方法对2005年至2016年江西省寄生虫病防治研究所和南昌大学第一附属医院诊治的123例曼氏裂头蚴病患者的临床资料进行总结。结果颅内曼氏裂头蚴病110例,癫痫发作85例,头痛33例;吡喹酮治愈40例,10例好转,24例无效;手术18例。颅外曼氏裂头蚴病13例,皮下游走性包块5例,浆膜腔积液5例,5例手术,8例吡喹酮治愈。结论曼氏裂头蚴病的临床表现为癫痫、头痛、皮下游走性包块、浆膜腔积液等,除了手术切除病灶,大剂量长程规律口服吡喹酮药物治疗也可以取得较好的预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and the outcome of sparganosis. Methods We retrospectively collectted and summarized the clinical data of 123 patients with sparganosis from Jiangxi Provincial Parasitic Iinstitute diseases and the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University during 2005 to 2016. Results Among the 110 patients with cerebral sparganosis. 85 cases suffered fromseizures,33 cases experienced headaches,After praziquantel treatment,50 cases was cured,10 cases improved,24 cases were ineffective;18 cases received surgical treatment. There were 13 cases of extracranialsparganosis,5 cases of migratory subcutaneous mass,5 cases of serous effusion,5 cases received surgery treatmentand 8 cases treated by praziquantel. Conclusions The clinical features of sparganosis mainly include seizure. headache.migratory subcutaneous mass and serous effusion. A long term administration of high dose opraziquantel can also get a good treatment prognosis without the surgical therapy for sparganosis.
