院前急救护理路径在急性心肌梗死中的价值

摘要
目的对急性心肌梗死患者接受院前急救护理路径干预的作用和效果做出评价。方法选择我院92例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,以护理方式为分组标准分为两组。观察组52例患者接受院前急救护理路径干预,对照组40例患者接受常规护理干预。对比两组患者的急救抢救时间以及住院情况。结果观察组院前急救、急诊抢救时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救护理路径可缩短急性心肌梗死患者的急救抢救时间,发挥更好的抢救治疗效果,对于挽救患者生命安全,促进患者康复具有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect and effect of prehospital first aid nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups according to the nursing methods. 52 patients in the observation group received pre-hospital emergency nursing path intervention. 40 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention. The first aid time and hospitalization of the two groups were compared. Results The prehospital first aid, emergency rescue time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency care path can shorten the emergency rescue time of patients with acute myocardial infarction and play a better rescue treatment effect, which is of great significance for saving patients' life safety and promoting patient rehabilitation.
