摘要
目的分析可溶性细胞黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和血小板膜暴露纤维蛋白原受体(PAC-1)在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的表达及与心功能的相关性。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月收治的CHF患者92例,根据纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级分为心功能Ⅱ级组32例、Ⅲ级组34例和Ⅳ级组26例,另选取同期健康体检者41例作为健康对照组,比较4组sICAM-1、血小板PAC-1和脑钠肽(BNP)表达水平,分析NYHA心功能分级与sICAM-1、血小板PAC-1及BNP表达水平的相关性。结果不同心功能分级CHF患者sICAM-1、血小板PAC-1和BNP水平高于健康对照组,且随着心功能分级的增高,sICAM-1和BNP水平呈不断上升趋势(P<0.05),而不同心功能分级患者间血小板PAC-1比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。sICAM-1、血小板PAC-1和BNP水平与NYHA心功能分级呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 CHF患者sICAM-1、血小板PAC-1和BNP水平较高,与NYHA心功能分级呈正相关。
        Objective To analyze expressions of soluble cell adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and PAC-1 in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and their correlations with cardiac function. Methods A total of 92 CHF patients admitted during July 2016 and July 2017 were divided into grade Ⅱ cardiac function group(n=32), grade Ⅲ cardiac function group(n=34) and grade Ⅳ cardiac function group(n=26) according to cardiac functional grading of New York Heart Association(NYHA), and other 41 healthy people taking medical examinations were selected as control group. Among 4 groups, expressions of sICAM-1, PAC-1 and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) were compared, and correlations between NYHA cardiac functional grading with expressions of sICAM-1, PAC-1 and BNP were analyzed. Results Levels of sICAM-1, PAC-1 and BNP in different grades of cardiac function groups were significantly higher than those in control group, and levels of sICAM-1 and BNP were increased continuously with increasing grade of cardiac function(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in PAC-1 levels among different grades of cardiac function groups(P>0.05). Levels of sICAM-1, PAC-1 and BNP were positively correlated with NYHA cardiac functional grading(P<0.01). Conclusion Levels of sICAM-1, PAC-1 and BNP in CHF patients are higher than those in normal people, and the levels are positively correlated with NYHA cardiac functional grading.
