舒适护理对中西医结合治疗急诊胆石症患者复兴情绪及疼痛的效果评价

摘要
目的临床探讨在中西医结合治疗急诊胆石症病例中运用舒适护理模式的效果。方法选择该院2017年1月—2018年1月临床诊治中西医结合治疗的胆石症病例100例,依据随机分组模式,划分为50例观察组与50例对照组。对照组采取常规性护理模式,观察组采取舒适护理模式,比较分析两组病例的护理效果。结果两组病例通过护理以后,观察组抑郁焦虑评分状况以及疼痛耐受率,均明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,对于急诊胆石症病例的护理,选择舒适护理模式,对患者负性情绪的改善具有显著效果,有利于促进疼痛感受的改善,在临床上值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing mode in the treatment of emergency cholelithiasis in the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 100 cases of cholelithiasis treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into 50 observation group and 50 control group according to the random grouping mode. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, the observation group adopted the comfortable nursing mode, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After the nursing in the two groups, the scores of depression, anxiety and pain tolerance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, the comfortable nursing mode for patients with emergency cholelithiasis cases has a significant effect on improving the negative emotions of patients, and is conducive to improving the improvement of pain. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
