新生儿窒息多器官损害的临床治疗

摘要
目的研究新生儿窒息多器官损害的有效治疗方法。方法选取本院救治的86例新生儿窒息患儿,入院以后进行支持、对症、维持等综合性抢救方法,并针对不同的受损器官采取相应的治疗,对比治疗前与治疗1周后的心电图、胸片等的检查,观察患儿身体机能的变化。结果 86例新生儿窒息多器官损害有48例患儿治愈,占56%,好转患儿32例,占37%,死亡4例,占5%,有2例自动放弃了治疗,占2%。治疗有效率达到93%。患儿治疗前后结果对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论新生儿窒息多器官损害患儿要及早的发现、治疗,提高患儿治愈率,降低患儿致残率。
Objective To study the neonatal asphyxia with multiple organ damage in clinically effective treatment methods. Methods To select the children of 86 cases of neonatal asphyxia in our hospital. After admission,given support,symptomatic,maintain comprehensive rescue methods,and according to different damaged organs to take the corresponding treatment,compared before and after a week of treatment of electrocardiogram,chest X-ray examination,and observed children changes of the body function. Results 86 cases of neonatal asphyxia multiple organ damage in 48 cases cured,accounted for 56%,32 cases improved,accounted for 37%,4 cases died,accounting for 5%,2 cases of automatic give up treatment,accounting for 2%. Treatment efficient was 93%. Existing differences in the results of children before and after treatment,it was statistically significant,P < 0.05. Conclusion The early detection and treatment of neonatal asphyxia with multiple organ damage,improve the cure rate and reduce the rate of disability.
