缪希雍治疗泄泻经验

摘要
缪希雍认为泄泻的病因不外乎内外两方面:外则风寒暑湿之交侵,内则饮食劳倦之不节,即外感和内伤。气机在疾病发生发展过程中有重要作用。气机之升降逆调为"病机之要最"。缪希雍治疗泄泻善用风药,除风胜湿;制肝实脾,调和肝脾;暑湿泄泻,清暑益气;久泄责肾,脾肾双补;专用黄连,配伍人参。
Miao Xiyong believes that the causes of diarrhea include internal and external aspects:external wind,cold,heat and dampness,internal diet and fatigue,that is,exogenous and internal injuries.Qi activity plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diseases.The disorder of ups and downs of qi is the most important of pathogenesis.Miao Xi-yong is good at treating diarrhea by using wind medicine to eliminate wind and dampness.He controls liver fire and strengthens spleen to harmonize liver and spleen.For diarrhea due to summer dampness,he removes summer heat and nourishes qi.For kidney disease due to long-time diarrhea,he nourishes both spleen and kidney.He especially loves to use Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis) in combination with Renshen(Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng).
