摘要
以某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂焚烧飞灰为研究对象,考察水泥固化-药剂稳定化协同处理技术对飞灰中重金属的稳定化效果。结果表明:当水泥掺入量为15%,Na2S投加量为0.6%时,Pb、Cd浸出浓度均能满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)中的入场填埋限值要求;与传统的水泥固化法相比,水泥固化协同药剂稳定化处理飞灰中重金属的效果更显著,具有良好的应用前景。
In this paper, the fly ash of a municipal solid waste incineration power plant was taken as the research object.The stabilization effect of heavy metals in fly ash by the cooperative treatment technology of cement solidification-chemical stabilization was studied. The results showed that : when the cement content was 15 % and the dosage of Na2 S was 0.6 %, the leaching concentrations of Pb and Cd could meet the landfill limit specified in the pollution control standard for domestic garbage landfill(GB 16889-2008). Compared with single cement curing method, cement curing synergistic agent stabilization had more significant effect on the treatment of heavy metals in fly ash.
