摘要
为了明确水芹不同材料间内源激素含量的差异及其与水芹产量和黄酮的关系,以产量和黄酮含量不同的2个水芹材料为试验对象,测定了其成熟期不同部位的内源激素含量及产量和黄酮含量,并对其相关性进行了分析。结果表明,高产高黄酮含量的大叶水芹根茎叶中的Z+ZR、IAA、ACC、put、spd和spm含量高于清镇水芹,ABA含量则低于清镇水芹,不同部位间的内源激素含量存在明显差异;水芹的产量和黄酮含量叶的ABA含量呈(显著)负相关关系,与Z+ZR、IAA、ACC、put、spd和spm等呈(显著或极显著)正相关关系。
        In order to clarify the difference of endogenous hormone content among different varieties of water dropwort and its relationship with the yield and flavonoids of water dropwort, the contents of endogenous hormones, yield and flavonoids in different parts of water dropwort at maturity were determined and their correlation was analyzed. The results showed that the contents of Z+ZR, IAA, ACC, put, SPD and SPM in root,stem and leaf of Daye water dropwort with high-yield and high-flavone were higher than those of Qingzhen water dropwort, while ABA content was lower than Qingzhen water dropwort, and there was a significant difference between the endogenous hormone content of different organs. There was a significant negative correlation between the yield and flavonoid content of water dropwort and the content of ABA in the leaves, while had a significant or extremely significant positive correlation with content of Z+ZR, IAA, ACC, put, spd and spm.
