摘要

论文结合我校工程管理专业的培养特色与实现途径,分析了生产实习在工程管理专业教育中的作用和教学中存在的不足,阐述了我们的改进思路和实践,为该实践教学提供了借鉴和参考。
        Combining the training characteristics and implementation approaches of engineering management majors in our school, this paper analyzes the role of production internships in engineering management professional education and the shortcomings in teaching, expounds our improvement ideas and practices, and provides reference for this practical teaching.
