腺性膀胱炎采用经尿道汽化电切联合丝裂霉素治疗的效果观察

摘要
目的观察腺性膀胱炎采用经尿道汽化电切与丝裂霉素治疗的效果。方法选取2014年2月-2018年2月收治的84例腺性膀胱炎患者,按照不同治疗方法将其分为手术组与联合组,每组均为42例,手术组单纯采用经尿道汽化电切治疗,联合组采用经尿道汽化电切联合丝裂霉素治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、炎症因子水平以及生活质量。结果手术组的总有效率是64.3%,联合组是95.2%,联合组高于手术组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);手术组的不良反应发生率是31.0%,联合组是9.5%,联合组低于手术组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);对比两组患者治疗后的血清白介素6与肿瘤坏死因子α水平,联合组低于手术组,差异显著(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后的SF-36各维度评分与平均分均高于手术组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论腺性膀胱炎采用经尿道汽化电切联合丝裂霉素治疗的效果满意,可明显降低炎症因子水平,提高生活质量,减少不良反应,值得临床推行。
Objective To observe the effect of transurethral electrovaporization and mitomycin in the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods 84 cases of cystitis glandularis patients in our hospital from February 2014 to February2018 were treated,according to the different treatment methods will be divided into operation group and combination group,42 cases in each group,using TUVP treatment,treated by transurethral electrovaporization and mitomycin treatment,were compared between the two groups the therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,inflammatory factors and quality of life. Results The operative group total effective rate was 64. 3%,the combined group was 95. 2%,combined group was higher than that of the operation group had significant differences(P < 0. 05); adverse reactions in surgical group the rate is 31%,the combined group was 9. 5%,the joint group was lower than the surgery group,had significant differences(P < 0. 05); serum were compared between the two groups after treatment IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha levels,combined group was lower than operation group,significant difference(P < 0. 05); group dimensions after treatment in patients with SF-36 score and the average scores were higher than that of the operation group had significant differences(P < 0. 05). Conclusions The effect of transurethral electrovaporization and mitomycin treatment is satisfactory,it can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical implementation.
