血管内皮生长因子水平与不稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉病变的相关性分析

摘要
目的分析不稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉病变与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的相关性。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的43例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,另选择同时期收治的40例稳定型心绞痛患者作为对照组,比较两组患者VEGF水平,使用Gensini评分评价两组冠状动脉狭窄程度,分析冠脉病变与VEGF水平的相关性。结果不稳定型心绞痛组VEGF水平为(162.18±22.37)ng/L,显著高于稳定型心绞痛组(100.15±18.52)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不稳定型心绞痛冠脉病变Gensini评分与VEGF水平呈正相关(r=0.7155,P<0.05)。结论不稳定型心绞痛患者VEGF水平高于稳定型心绞痛患者,VEGF水平可作为判断冠状动脉病变严重程度的指标之一,是心绞痛的独立危险因子。
Objective To analyzed the correlation between coronary artery disease and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels in patients with unstable angina.Methods The 43 patients with unstable angina treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and 40 patients with stable angina treated in the same period were selected as controls.The VEGF levels in the two groups were compared and the Gensini score was used.The degree of coronary artery stenosis was evaluated in both groups and the correlation between coronary artery lesions and VEGF levels was analyzed.Results The VEGF level in the unstable angina group was(162.18±22.37)ng/L,which was significantly higher than that in the stable angina group(100.15±18.52)ng/L.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);unstable angina pectoris The Gensini score of vein lesions was positively correlated with VEGF levels(r=0.7155,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of VEGF in patients with unstable angina is higher than that in patients with stable angina pectoris.VEGF level can be used as one of the indicators to judge the severity of coronary artery disease and an independent risk factor for angina pectoris.
