摘要

作为高职院校文化创新发展旨归的工匠精神,决定了高职院校文化"为什么要创新""创新什么"以及"如何创新"的紧密问题链。工匠精神引领下的高职院校文化创新发展需要三核并举、双轮驱动、同中求异,蕴含着主体认同、器物精神、人文情怀培养等要素。
        The craftsman spirit, as the aim of cultural innovation and development of high vocational schools, determines the close problem chain of"why to innovate","what to innovate"and"how to innovate"of the culture of high vocational schools. Under the guidance of craftsman spirit, the innovation and development of culture of higher vocational schools needs three-core simultaneous, dual-wheel driving and finding differences between similarities, implying series of factors of subject identification, implement spirit, and cultivation of humanistic feelings.
