近节指背筋膜皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床应用

摘要
目的:观察近节指背筋膜皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床疗效。方法:应用近节指背筋膜皮瓣修复指端缺损37例,在完善术前检查后,急诊行患指清创近节指背筋膜皮瓣修复术。结果:所有患者均得到随访,随访时间3~12个月,37例皮瓣完全成活。皮瓣质地柔软,指端外形满意,各指关节功能正常。结论:近节指背筋膜皮瓣修复指端缺损疗效好,是一种经济、合适的治疗方法。
Objective: Obenserving the clinical effect of dorsal proximal digital fascia flap for repairing the fingertip defect. Methods: The 37 cases with fingertip defect were repaired by dorsal proximal digital fascia flap. The emergency patient was referred to the debridement proximal segment of the dorsal proximal digital fascia flap After completing preoperative examination. Results: All patients were followed up for 3-12 months and 37 cases were fully alive. The flap had good texture. The shape was satisfied. The joint motion of interphalangeal articulations kept normal.Conclusion: Dorsal proximal digital fascia flap is effective for repairing fingertip defect, which is an economical and suitable treatment method
