摘要
目的探讨反思性教学对急诊科实习护士带教效果的影响,旨在为临床的诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法选取2014年8月至2015年8月于我院急诊科实习的88名护士为研究对象,随机将所有护士分为观察组46名和对照组42名,对照组接受常规教学,观察组接受反思性教学,比较两组护士的理论和技能考核成绩、对带教的满意度、急救护理技能提升时间。结果观察组护士基础知识得分、急救护理技能得分、护患沟通意识得分、风险防范意识得分高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组对带教效果满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组护士急救护理技能提升时间早于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论反思性教学能够缩短急诊科实习护士的急救护理技能提升时间,且急救护理技能更好,在实习护士中满意度更高,临床上可以推广使用。
        Objective To explore the impact of reflective teaching on the effectiveness of training for intern nurses in the emergency department,and to provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods To provided scientific evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment by investigating the effect of reflective teaching on the guidance and teaching of intern nurses in emergency department. Methods: To compared theoretical and skill assessment grade,satisfaction with the guidance and teaching,and time for improving the emergency nursing skills,88 intern nurses enrolled in our emergency department from August 2014 to August 2015 were investigated,and were randomly divided into study group of 46 members and control group of 42 members. The control group adopted the routine teaching method,while the study group adopted the reflective teaching method. Results The scores of basic knowledge,emergency nursing skill,nurse-patient communication awareness,and risk prevention awareness in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Satisfaction with guidance and teaching of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The time for improving emergency nursing skills in the study group was earlier than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of reflective teaching method could shorten the time for improving emergency nursing skills in intern nurses of emergency department,and brought out with better emergency nursing performance,which enjoyed the highest satisfaction among intern nurses. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
