摘要
为了提高全电飞机与多电飞机270V配电系统的智能性与可靠性,设计了一种基于单片机和CPLD的270V/30A高压直流固态功率控制器(solid-state power controller,SSPC)。通过对系统整体结构的分析与详细设计,实现了SSPC的反时限保护功能和短路保护功能。实验证明该方案不仅可以实现各种负载的开通、关断,对短路故障实现快速保护,又可以根据所设定的反时限保护曲线对负载进行准确的过流保护。所设计的270V/30A SSPC为航空配电系统提供了可靠的保护,减轻了配电系统的体积重量,提高了供电系统的可靠性。
        In order to improve the requirement of intelligence and reliability for the 270 V distribution system of all electric and more electric aircraft,the hign current 270V/30 A SSPC( solid-state power controller) Based on MCU and CPLD is developed.In this paper, through anaysis whole scheme structure and design the detailed circuits,the function of current squared time(I~2t) inverse time protection and short-cuircuit protection is realized.Experimental results are shown that not only the on/off state of various loads is controled,but also the quick short-circuit protection is realized.Then accurately inverse time protection with given curve is provided. Comprehensive protection for air distribution system is given by SSPC, its volume and weight is reduced,and the reliability of the distribution system is improved in this design.
