摘要
AMPS共聚物是固井工程使用最广泛的聚合物类降失水剂,具有良好的耐温、抗盐和抗水解性能。降失水剂HJS-Ⅱ是以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系为引发剂,用水溶液聚合的方法合成一种AMPS/AM共聚物。实验结果表明:HJS-Ⅱ在中温区和高温区适宜掺量为1. 5%和2. 2%; HJS-Ⅱ具有良好的抗盐性能,在质量分数为25%的含盐水泥浆中掺量为3. 5%时可以控制滤失量在50 m L以下。
AMPS copolymer is the most widely used polymer filtrate reducer in well cementing engineering. It has good temperature resistance,salt resisting and hydrolysis resistance. AMPS copolymer HJS-Ⅱ was evaluated composed of2-acrylamide-2-methylpropylene sulfonic acid( AMPS) and acrylamide( AM) as raw materials,and ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfite REDOX system as the initiator. Synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization,the results showed that the compliance dosage of HJS-Ⅱ was 1. 5% and 2. 2% in the moderate and the high temperature zones. HJS-Ⅱ had good salt resistance and can control the filter loss below 50 m L when the mass fraction was 3. 5% in the 25% NaCl salt-water cement slurry system.
