“一带一路”背景下我国对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应比较研究

摘要
采用2007—2015年我国东中西部30个省区市的面板数据,实证检验了OFDI对我国东、中、西部地区技术创新的逆向溢出效应。结果表明,对外直接投资的逆向溢出效应从我国整体来看具有明显的正向推动作用,而分区域来看则我国东、中、西部地区存在着显著的地区差异,且东部地区效应较为明显。
In this paper,the panel data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in eastern,central and western China in2007 and 2015 are used to test the effect of OFDI on the reverse spillover of technological innovation in the eastern,central and western regions of China.The results show that the reverse spillover effect of foreign direct investment has obvious positive effect from the perspective of our country,while there are significant regional differences in the eastern,middle and western regions of China.
