摘要
文章通过设计不同的实验,对赤眼蜂生产过程的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:(1)繁育松毛虫赤眼蜂生产用卵的最好方法是用柞蚕茧发蛾,可在生产中广泛使用。(2)采用新鲜柞蚕卵和冷藏保存柞蚕卵两种方式保存的赤眼蜂其羽化率、寄生率、平均单卵出蜂数等繁殖指标均较高,可作为赤眼蜂繁殖的柞蚕卵蛾最优保存方式。(3)为了提高赤眼蜂的羽化率,温度应控制在4℃的低温,储存的赤眼蜂卵粒最适宜的应为蛹期卵粒,储存的时间应控制在20天以内。
        This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the production process of trichogramma by designing differentexperiments. The results show that the best way to produce eggs is to use tussah silkworm moth, which can be widelyused in production. Secondly, using the fresh freezing tussah silkworm eggs and tussah silkworm eggs two ways to savethe follows the eclosion rate, parasitic rate, average single egg breeding indexes such as the number of bees is higher,can be used as follows breeding way of tussah silkworm eggs moth optimal preservation. Thirdly, in order to improve thefeather rate of the trichogramma, the temperature should be controlled at the low temperature of 4. The most suitable forthe storage of the eggs is the pupa egg granule, and the storage time should be controlled within 20 days.
