摘要
为了有效控制三电平变流器各开关器件的开关应力并保证系统运行的高效率,输出电流纹波的大小是直接影响上述性能指标的关键因素。依据相电流的数学解析式和矢量合成顺序对三电平空间矢量图区域进行划分,并推导出各个区域内相电流的变化趋势,根据此趋势求得纹波的峰峰值。运用上述方法,针对不同调制策略及工况,对电流纹波进行定量计算和对比分析。最后,通过MATLAB仿真验证了此算法的正确性,为实际工程中最优调制策略的选择和滤波器电感的定量选取提供了理论依据。
        To effectively control the switching stress of each switching devices of a three-level converter and guarantee the high-efficiency operation of the system,the amplitude of the output current ripple is a key factor that directly affects the above performance index.In this paper,divide the space vector diagram based on the current mathematical expression.With seven stage vector synthesis,we can deduce the change trend of phase current in every area.According to the tendency,peak-to-peak amplitude of phase current ripple can be derived.By this method,with different modulation strategy and different working conditions,quantitative calculate and contrast analysis for the current ripple are proposed.Finally,correctness of current ripple calculation is verified in MATLAB simulation.The method provides a theoretical basis for the choice of the optimal modulation strategy and filter inductance quantitative selection in practical engineering.
