摘要
缺水问题严重制约了胶东地区的发展,水资源优化调度作为缓解用水危机的重要手段,依托胶东调水工程进行跨流域水资源调度研究具有重要意义。以潍坊、青岛、烟台和威海为研究区域、2014年为基准年、2020年和2025年为规划水平年,基于水资源优化配置,以区域总缺水量最小为调度目标,考虑输水能力、分水口设计能力、水量平衡、最小供水量等约束条件,应用MATLAB软件建立调度模型并求解,对所得方案进一步优化。结果表明:优化调度后不同规划水平年4地市总缺水率显著下降,50%、75%和95%保证率下,2020年分别下降了15.35%、15.75%和16.85%,2025年分别下降了13.27%、13.26%和14.19%。
        Water shortage has seriously restricted the development of Jiaodong area,and water resources optimal operation has an important means of relieving water crisis. It is great significant to study the inter-basin water resources dispatching based on Jiaodong Water Diversion Project. This paper chose Weifang,Qingdao,Yantai and Weihai as research areas,2014 as the base year,2020 and 2025 as planning years.Considering the constraints of water supply capacity,water distribution capacity,water balance,minimum water supply,and taking the minimum total water shortage as the goal,the scheduling model which based on the optimal allocation of water resources had been built by using MATLAB software. Through this,the optimal operation proposal was further optimized. The results show that the total water shortage rate of the four cities decreases significantly; under the guarantee rates of 50%,75% and 95%,the total water shortage rate in 2020 will be reduced by 15.35%,15.75% and 16.85% respectively,while in 2025 it will be reduced by 13.27%,13.26% and 14.19% respectively.
