主动配电网日前-实时优化调度策略研究

摘要
负荷预测和分布式电源出力预测的误差会对主动配电网调度策略产生影响,为了减小这种影响,提出了主动配电网日前-实时优化调度策略,包括日前优化调度和实时优化调度。日前优化调度的目标函数是基于配电网运行成本最低,建立的优化调度模型;实时调度是配电网的节点电压差和分布式电源功率波动最小作为目标函数,建立了实时滚动优化模型。为了解决实时调度目标函数的非线性关系,引入了灵敏系数矩阵使目标函数线性化。本文建立了混合整数规划模型,运用优化规划软件CPLEX对该模型进行求解。将建立的最优调度模型应用于IEEE34节点配电网系统,结果表明:运用所建立的优化调度策略能够有效减少配电网的运行成本;减少了电压越限的可能性;对分布式电源的出力进行了合理的分配,使得越限的电压恢复到正常范围内。
        The load forecasting and the error of distributed power output prediction will affect the active distribution network scheduling strategy. In order to reduce this impact, the active distribution network day-real-time optimization scheduling strategy is proposed, including the day-ahead optimization scheduling and real-time optimization scheduling. The objective function of the optimized scheduling is based on the lowest operating cost of the distribution network, and the optimal scheduling model is established. The real-time scheduling is the objective function of the voltage difference and power minimum of the distribution network, and real-time rolling optimization model is established. In order to solve the nonlinear relationship of the real-time scheduling objective function, a sensitivity coefficient is introduced to linearization the objective function. A mixed integer programming model is established, and the model is solved by the optimization planning software CPLEX. The established optimal scheduling model is applied to the IEEE34 node distribution network system and the model is analyzed. The results show that:Using the optimized scheduling strategy can effectively reduce the operating cost of the distribution network; reduce the possibility of voltage over-limit; rationally distribute the output of the distributed power supply, so that the voltage exceeding the limit can be restored to the normal range.
