摘要
自动化生产线在理工科院校中大量使用,但是,它的使用受到资金、场地、维护困难的限制,无法满足学生的调试需求。基于西门子WinCC、STEP7及S7-PLCSIM软件环境,搭建一个自动化生产线模拟实验平台,通过动画将程序的运行结果实时显现出来,达到在真实场景运行的效果,体现交互仿真。在学生用实物进行综合实训之前,该实训装置可以用来代替复杂的硬件系统,使学习,编程,模拟实验可以在计算机中完成。
        The automatic production line is used extensively in the universities of science and engineering. However, its use is limited by funding, site and maintenance difficulties,and it is unable to meet the student's debugging needs. A simulation experiment platform of the automated production line was built based on the Siemens WINCC, STEP7 and S7-PLCSIM. The running results of the program can be displayed in real time by animation. The result is the same as in the actual scene. This device can be used in the pre-training. Instead of the complex hardware physical system, learning, programming, simulation experiments can be done in computer.
