摘要
基于EDEM软件对覆膜式大豆玉米精播机的螺旋提土器进行仿真模拟分析,寻找螺旋提土器的外径与套筒内壁之间的最佳间隙值范围。针对现有螺旋提土器存在的不足,从研究螺旋提土装置的结构入手,通过力学分析等方法研究、寻找螺旋提土器的外径与套筒内壁之间的最佳间隙值,为提高覆膜式精量播种机的使用效果提供理论依据。通过大量实验分析,螺旋外径与料槽之间的间隙对螺旋提土器的土壤输送的轴向速度、土壤输送量及功率消耗的影响都比较大。结果表明:铺膜式精量播种机的最佳螺旋提土装置的配合间隙应该选择在3~4 mm,根据不同的加工工艺实现方法 ,将加工误差控制在此范围内时最终实现的覆土效果较好。
        This article mainly uses the EDEM software to carry on the simulation analysis to the plastic film type soybean,the corn precision sowing machine the screw conveyer,obtains the screw conveyer's outer diameter and the sleeve inner wall between the best clearance range value. Aiming at the problems existing in the existing screw conveyer,from the study of spiral provided soil device structure,through mechanical analysis method to study the impact of spiral,looking spiral provided between the soil and the outside diameter of the inner wall of the sleeve is optimum interval value and provide a theoretical basis for improving the using effect of the coated type precision seeding machine. After a large number of experimental analysis,the optimal gap between the screw diameter and the material groove is determined to be related to the axial velocity,soil transport capacity and power consumption of the three parameters,and the influence is relatively large. The results showed that the coated type precision seeding machine screw is provided soil device with the gap should choose between 3-4mm. According to the different processing method,the machining error control in this range when the eventual realization of the covering soil and effect better.
