摘要
以应用型本科院校的学生作为研究对象,从学生感知的视角,研究影响人才素质培养的主要因素,研究结果表明,校园活动、专业教学、专业兴趣和专业实践是应用型本科人才素质培养的重要影响因素,由此针对校园活动开展、校园文化建设、专业教学质量提升、学生专业兴趣激发和提升专业实践效果提出了建议。
From the perspective of student perception, this study takes the undergraduates in application-oriented universities as the object to research the main factors on the quality development. The results show that campus activities, professional teaching, professional interests and professional practice are the important influencing factors on cultivating the quality of the students. Suggestions are put forward on the activities of campus, the construction of campus culture, the improvement of professional teaching quality, the professional interest of students and the promotion of professional practice.
