麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪用于糖尿病合并冠心病患者治疗临床研究

摘要
目的分析麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病合并冠心病患者疗效。方法选该院2017年11月—2018年4月120例糖尿病合并冠心病心病患者分为两组,对照组常规治疗,观察组加用麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪治疗。结果治疗后观察组左心室射血能力、血浆BNP优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效显著,可显著改善心功能。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease from November 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in this study.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill and trimetazidine.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection ability and plasma BNP were better than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with trimetazidine is effective in the treatment of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve cardiac function.
