摘要

山区县域既是低收入群众聚集的地方,也是完成低收入群众增收任务的难点所在。龙泉市作为浙江省的一个山区县域,在"互联网+"背景下实现低收入群众增收仍然存在一些制约因素,针对这些因素,提出对策建议,以期为其他类似区域解决低收入群众增收问题提供参考借鉴。
        Counties in mountainous areas are where low-income residents gather. They are therefore where it is the most difficult to complete the task of increasing the income of low-income residents. Situated in a mountainous area of Zhejiang, Longquan is faced with some restrictions in tackling the task. Based on the restrictions, some countermeasures are proposed in the hope of shedding some lights on the same issues in similar areas.
