新媒体传播的法律规制问题研究

摘要
随着我国经济社会的不断发展,互联网技术也快速发展起来,并且网络生态环境也在随着发生改变。互联网技术的不断发展,衍生出各种各样的新媒体,从而引发出一系列的网络群体性事件。通过对网络事件的分析,不难发现,有些事件直截了当地反映了社会大众的正当需求,但是,也有一些网络事件不利于社会的稳定性。新媒体的发展不仅仅为社会大众的言论自由拓宽了渠道,同时也会使一些网络违法犯罪活动有机可乘。对新媒体传播的法律法规问题进行全面分析和研究,找出当前我国新媒体法律规制存在的问题,从法律法规、舆情引导、网络自律等方面进行新媒体传播的法律规制探讨,对于推动我国新媒体的良性、健康发展,具有一定的意义和作用。
With the continuous development of China's economy and society, Internet technology has developed rapidly, and the network ecological environment is also changing with it. With the continuous development of Internet technology, a variety of new media have emerged, which has triggered a series of network mass incidents. Through the analysis of network incidents, it is not difficult to find that some incidents directly reflect the legitimate needs of the public, but there are also some network incidents that are not conducive to social stability. The development of new media not only broadens the channels for the freedom of speech of the public, but also makes some illegal and criminal activities on the Internet possible. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and study of the laws and regulations of the new media communication, finds out the problems existing in the current laws and regulations of the new media in our country, and probes into the legal regulations of the new media communication from the aspects of laws and regulations, guidance of public opinion and self-discipline of the network, which has certain significance and role in promoting the benign and healthy development of the new media in our country.
