无创正压通气患者并发症的原因分析及护理对策

摘要
目的探讨无创正压通气患者并发症的原因并总结有效的护理对策。方法对45例无创正压通气以及40例有创正压通气患者的资料进行分析。结果无创正压通气出现的严重并发症中,VAP、鼻窦炎的发生率显著低于有创正压通气(P<0.05),无创正压通气多为轻微并发症,包括心理障碍、胃肠胀气、面部皮肤压伤、排痰困难、眼膜炎、紫绀,发生率分别为22.2%、15.6%、6.67%、6.67%、2.22%、2.22%。结论对无创正压通气的并发症根据不同原因采取有效的护理对策,有利于提高无创正压通气的疗效。
Objective To discuss the causes of complication in patients with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV) and summarize effective nursing care strategy.Methods The data of 45 cases of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation and 40 cases of invasive positive pressure ventilation (IPPV) were analyzed.Results The rate of serious complication (VAP,sinusitis) in NPPV group was obviously lower than that in IPPV group (P < 0.05),the majority of complication in NPPV group was slight,including psychological disorders,flatulence,pressure injury of skin of face,expectoration difficulties,retina inflammation,cyanosis and the incidence was 22.2%,15.6%,6.67%,6.67%,2.22%,2.22% respectively.Conclusion Take effective nursing care measures for complications with different reasons of NPPV is helpful to improve the efficacy of it.
