摘要
建立了一种有效、同时、快速、方便、准确地测定纺织品中乙二醇单甲醚(EGME)、乙二醇单乙醚(EGEE)、乙二醇甲醚乙酸酯(EMA)、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯(EGEA)、二乙二醇二甲醚(DEGDME)、三甘醇二甲醚(TEGDME)六种有机溶剂的气相色谱质谱联用法(GC/MS)。方法相关性好,线性范围为0.5~10.0 mg/L,方法检出限为3.4~5.6 mg/kg,回收率为90%~107%。本方法操作简便快速、灵敏度较高、稳定性好,满足纺织品中EGME、EGEE、EMA、EGEA、DEGDME和TEGDME六种有机溶剂残留量检测需要。
A GC-MS method is developed for the simultaneous detection of 2-methoxyethanol(EGME),2-ethoxyethanol(EGEE), 2-methoxyethyl acetate(EMA), 2-ethoxyethyl acetate(EGEA), 2-Methoxyethyl ether(DEGDME) and Triethylene glycol dimethyl ether(TEGDME) in textiles after ultrasonic extraction.The method has good linearity with the linear range of 0.5~10.0 mg/L, the detection limit of 3.4~5.6 mg/kg,and the recovery rate of 90%~107%. The above method is simple and fast, with high sensitivity and good stability. It can meet the detecting requirements of six residual organic solvents of EGME, EGEE, EMA,EGEA, DEGDME and TEGDME in textiles.
