摘要
针对高校教改项目管理过程中存在的问题,以倡导学术自由与教学管理双向平衡为出发点,运用PDCA动态循环过程管理理念,将"放权+管理+服务"三者相结合,构建一套行之有效的教改项目全过程管理体系。
In response to the problems in the process of higher education teaching reform project management,the research starts from advocating the two-way balance between academic freedom and teaching management, applies the PDCA dynamic-cycle process management concept, combines "decentralization+management+service", and builds a whole-process project management system for educational reform projects.
