我院中药饮片使用的情况分析及采购计划制定的依据

摘要
目的分析我院中药饮片使用情况,为采购计划制定、常用中药饮片储备,保障临床用药提供科学依据。方法对我院2016年1月至2018年12月中药饮片进出库信息资料进行回顾性分析,统计年度中药饮片用量、销售金额排序前15位品种中药饮片。结果近3年我院处方量明显逐年提升;2017年中药饮片及销售量有所提升,但在2018发生一定下降;近年来使用量及销售额排序前15位药物基本固定,在采购活动中需合理根据药物使用情况,合理制定采购计划,对于用量极大的药物可逐周采购,保证库存充足。结论通过对我院近3年中药饮片使用情况进行整理分析,可进一步明确临床使用广泛及金额较大的药物种类,以保证采购计划制定时,尽可能降低库存经费,保证临床用药需求。
Objective To analyze the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in our hospital, and to provide scientific basis for the preparation of procurement plans, the storage of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and the guarantee of clinical drug use. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on the information of Chinese medicine decoction in and out of the library from January 2016 to December 2018. The statistics of the annual Chinese medicine decoction pieces and sales amount were ranked in the top 15 Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Results In the past 3 years, the prescription volume of our hospital has obviously increased year by year; in 2017, the amount of Chinese herbal medicines and sales has increased, but it has decreased in 2018; in recent years, the 15 drugs used in the ranking and sales are basically fixed, in the procurement activities. It is necessary to reasonably formulate a procurement plan based on the drug use situation. For large quantities of drugs, they can be purchased monthly to ensure sufficient inventory. Conclusion Through the analysis and analysis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in our hospital in the past 3 years, we can further clarify the types of drugs with extensive clinical use and large amount of drugs, so as to ensure the reduction of inventory funds and ensure the demand for clinical drugs in the procurement plan.
