临床用血管理评价指标的意义及应用研究

摘要
目的探讨临床用血管理评价指标的意义及应用效果。方法回顾性分析输血科发出的血液品种、用量、临床科室用血分布情况等资料作为主要研究对象。结果异体输血患者人次、出院患者输血率、出院患者异体输血率、出血患者均RBC量、出院患者均异体RBC量等与临床用血量呈负相关(P<0.05)。输血用量与输血病程记录、输血前检查完善情况等呈负相关(P<0.05),适应证评估、双签执行、不良反应记录与回报等与检查内容相关内容呈正相关(P<0.05),与输血疗效评价、知情同意书签署等无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床医学中,建立科学、合理、有效的临床用血管理评价指标对规范医院用血有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the significance and application effect of clinical blood management evaluation indicators.Methods The blood samples, the amount of blood, and the distribution of blood in clinical departments were analyzed retrospectively.Results The number of patients with allogeneic transfusion, the rate of blood transfusion in discharged patients, the rate of allogeneic transfusion in discharged patients, the amount of RBC in bleeding patients and the amount of allogeneic RBC in discharged patients were negatively correlated with clinical blood consumption(P<0.05). The blood transfusion volume was negatively correlated with the blood transfusion course record and the pre-transfusion test improvement(P<0.05). The indication assessment, double-check execution, adverse reaction record and return were positively correlated with the content of the examination(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the evaluation of transfusion efficacy and the signing of informed consent(P>0.05). Conclusion In clinical medicine, the establishment of scientific, reasonable and effective clinical blood management evaluation indicators have a good clinical application value for regulating hospital blood.
