基于PDCA的民办高校教学质量监控体系构建及运行研究

摘要
民办高校是应用型地方本科高校的重要部分,关系到地方经济的发展和社会人才的保障。如何在转型大环境和生源少等内在因素下实现民办本科院校的内涵式发展、争创一流,是民办本科院校亟待解决的问题。必须把质量提升作为民办高校发展的永恒目标,科学地构建符合学校自身特点的校内教学质量监控体系,实现常态检测、闭环管理,使高校能够对教学质量实施全方位、常态化、全过程的监控,并持续改进,对保证和提高学校教学质量,提高人才培养水平,实现内涵式发展,具有非常重要的意义。研究目标是根据新时期对民办院校教学质量提出的要求,基于PDCA循环理论、结合吉林建筑科技学院教学质量监控工作,找出教学质量监控体系存在的问题,努力探索新道路,完善质量监控体系,提升教学质量,促进内涵式发展。
Private colleges and universities are an important part of applied local undergraduate colleges and universities,which are related to the development of local economy and the guarantee of social talents. How to realize the connotative development of private undergraduate colleges and universities and strive for the first-class under the background of transformation and internal factors such as fewer students is an urgent problem for private undergraduate colleges and universities to solve. Private colleges and universities can grow as vigorously as the first-class private universities in the West only if they have a reasonable self-orientation,highlight the characteristics of running schools and pay attention to quality and connotation construction. Therefore,we must regard quality improvement as the eternal goal of the development of private colleges and universities,scientifically construct a monitoring system of teaching quality in accordance with the characteristics of the schools themselves,realize normal testing and closed-loop management,so that the colleges and universities can carry out all-round,normal and whole-process monitoring of teaching quality,and continuously improve it,so as to ensure and improve the teaching quality of the schools and improve the level of personnel training. It is of great significance to realize connotative development. The aim of this paper is to find out the problems existing in the current teaching quality monitoring system of our university based on the PDCA cycle theory and the teaching quality monitoring work of our university,to explore a new way,to improve the quality monitoring system,to improve the teaching quality and to promote the connotative development,in accordance with the requirements for the teaching quality of private colleges in the new era.
