提升全国职业院校技能大赛国际影响——天津在实践探索中的五大举措

摘要
多年来,天津市委、市政府积极响应党和国家关于职业教育发展的各项政策方针,同时调动优质资源支持职业教育事业的改革发展,特别是全国职业院校技能大赛每年都被列入全市重点工作加以推动实施。天津作为全国唯一的国家现代职业教育改革创新示范区和全国职业院校技能大赛主赛区、永久举办城市,借助大赛这个开放平台在促进我国职业教育国际交流与合作,深化职业教育国际化专业建设,围绕一带一路倡议促进国际产能合作,传播中国职业教育文化理念拓展合作路径等方面做出了自身的努力和实践,通过不断探索形成了从机制设计,到内部提升,从外部服务,到平台拓展,最终形成优质品牌文化传播共享的发展新模式。深入分析梳理总结天津在提升大赛国际影响方面所取得的主要成效将对完成国务院《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》中指出的到2020年建成具有中国特色、世界水平的现代职业教育体系的目标起到重要的推动作用。
Over the years,the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have actively responded to the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State on the development of vocational education,and at the same time mobilized high-quality resources to support the reform and development of vocational education.In particular,the National Vocational Colleges Skills Contest is listed in the city's key work to be promoted and implemented every year.As the only National Modern Vocational Education Reform and Innovation Demonstration Area,the principal area of National Vocational Colleges Skills Contest,and the permanent host city,through the open platform of the contest,Tianjin has made its own efforts and practices in many aspects such as promoting the international exchange and cooperation of China's vocational education,deepening the internationalization and professionalization of vocational education,promoting international production capacity cooperation on the Belt&Road initiative,disseminating China's vocational education culture and expanding cooperation channels.Through continuous exploration,Tianjin has formed,from mechanism design to internal improvement,from external services to platform development,a new development mode of culture communication sharing of high-quality brand finally.In-depth analysis and summary of the main achievements of Tianjin in enhancing the international influence of the contest will play an important role in promoting the goal of completing the establishment of a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and of world level by 2020 as indicated in the State Council's Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education.
