摘要
燃煤电厂采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫产生的脱硫废水中,脱硫废水口处理设施出口的Hg、As都达不到《污水综合排放标准》的规定。在重金属采样分析中可以发现,由于未对排放污水时空白的扣除进行有效的处理,导致了检测结果严重超标,根据物料的计算可以看出,若全部排放也不可能有这么高的浓度。所以,必须要注意空白的扣除,同时也要实施全程序质量控制,确保检测时符合标准。
Of the desulfurization wastewater produced by limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization in coal-fired power plants, Hg and As at the outlet of the desulfurization wastewater treatment facility are not up to the requirements of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. In the analysis of heavy metal sampling, it can be found that the test result seriously exceeds the standard due to the lack of effective treatment of the blank deduction during sewage discharge. According to the calculation of materials, it can be seen that such a high concentration is impossible if all the sewage is discharged. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the blank deduction, and at the same time to implement the whole procedure quality control to ensure that the test meets the standards.
