摘要
本文在介绍条件估值法(CVM)的理论和综述的基础上,总结了实施CVM方法的原则,并据此对问卷进行了严谨的设置。选取龙口黄水河湿地公园为调查对象,描述了湿地公园的现状,统计分析了185名受访者的支付意愿和社会经济变量,并进行多元线性回归分析。结果表明,黄水河湿地公园的非市场价值为3.1亿元/a,游客投标金额与其支付意愿、收入、职业呈线性相关。
        This paper summarized the principle of conducting contingent valuation method(CVM) method on the basic of make an introduction of the theory as well as a summary of design principle for CVM.Rigorous questionnaire arrangement has been set based on this principle.Moreover,the Huangshuihe wetland park is selected as our target to apply the investigation,and we described its current situation,analyzed the tendency of the data and make regression analysis.The result shows that the non-market value of the park up to RMB 0.31 billion per year,and bid amount from visitors presents has liner relation with their willingness,occupation and income.
