摘要
要:腐植酸在我国的药用历史可追溯至唐代。进入新世纪以来,随着科技的迅猛发展以及国家对医药健康事业的重视,腐植酸的医药研究与应用又焕发出了别样的光彩,特别是在人类重大和多发疾病,如糖尿病、癌症、艾滋病、心脑血管疾病等的防治和药理研究方面展示出了新的活力。本文从药品的"安全、有效、质量可控"这三大基本要素出发,简要评述了近20年来国内学者在矿物源腐植酸医药研究领域的进展,主要涉及医药研发的有效性研究、安全性研究、质量控制研究、面临的问题等几个方面,同时对其发展前景进行了展望。
        The medicinal history of humic acid in China can be traced back to Tang Dynasty. Since the beginning of the new century, with the rapid development of science and technology and the attention of the state to the medical and health cause, the medical research and application of humic acid had revived a different kind of brilliance again. Especially, the new vitality had been shown in the prevention and pharmacological research of human major and multiple diseases, such as diabetes, cancer, AIDS, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Starting from the three basic elements of "safety, effectiveness and quality control" of drugs, this paper briefly reviewed the progress of domestic scholars in the field of mineral source humic acid medicine research in recent twenty years, mainly involving the research of effectiveness, research of safety, research of quality control, and the problems faced. At the same time, the paper also looked ahead to the development prospects of humic acid medicine.
