摘要
研究目的:为适应中国高铁新形势下发展需求,满足中国高铁"走出去"的需求,通过中外标准研究对比,利用国内外科研成果,对线路主要技术标准及参数进行分析,提出线路标准优化建议,提升标准技术经济性。研究结论:(1)随着我国列车制造水平的提高以及高性能列车的不断普及,现行高速铁路部分标准可以放宽;(2)我国高铁乘客体验舒适度高于国外高铁,结合理论研究及试验测试结果,与舒适度有关的欠、过超高,最小曲线半径,圆曲线、夹直线最小长度,超高时变率,缓和曲线长度,线间距等平面标准以及和列车性能有关的线间距、最大坡度的坡长等标准均可以结合境外项目具体情况合理选择;(3)本研究成果对境外高铁项目线路标准选择和设计规范修编具有指导和借鉴意义。
        Research purposes: In order to adapt to the development demand of China's high-speed railway under the new situation and meet the demand of " going global" of China's high-speed railway,by comparing Chinese and foreign standards,using the achievements of domestic and foreign scientific research,this paper analyzes the main technical standard and parameters of the line,puts forward the optimization suggestions of the line standard,to improve the technical economy of the standard.Research conclusions:( 1) With the improvement of train manufacturing level and the popularization of high-performance trains in China,currently some high-speed railway standards can be relaxed.( 2) The passenger's comfort of high-speed railway in China is higher than that of foreign high-speed railways. Combined with theoretical research and test results,plane standards related to comfort,such as underheight,over-height,minimum curve radius,circular curve,minimum length of clamped line,ultra-high time variability,length of relaxation curve,and line spacing,as well as line spacing and maximum slope length related to train performance,can be reasonably selected based on the specific conditions of overseas projects.( 3) The research results have guiding and referential significance for the selection of line standards for overseas high-speed rail projects and the revision of design codes.
