板形缺陷与板材横向厚度分布的映射研究

摘要
板形尺寸精度是板带轧制生产工艺中的重要质量指标。一般认为轧后出口板带材的横向厚度分布与轧辊有载辊缝的形状相同,文章根据体积不变原理,推导出板形(平直度)与板厚横向分布的关系;并采用影响函数法计算轧后板带材出口横向厚度分布,根据横向厚度分布与前张应力的关系,找出板形缺陷与板材横向厚度分布的映射关系;并通过实测板材横向厚度验证了板形缺陷与板材横向厚度分布映射关系的准确性。
        Plate-shaped dimensional accuracy is an important quality indicator in the strip rolling production process.It is generally considered that plate transverse thickness distribution has the same shape with the loaded roll gap shape.According to the principle of volume constant,the relationship between plate shape(flatness)and transverse distribution of the thickness is derived.The transverse thickness distribution of rolled strip exit is calculated by using the influence function method.According to the relationship between the transverse plate thickness distribution and front tension stress,the mapping relationship between flatness defects and transverse plate thickness distribution is found out and the accuracy of the mapping relationship between flatness defects and transverse plate thickness distribution is verified through the transverse thickness measured.
