摘要
基于有限元模态分析和试验模态分析技术对某型铁道客车车体进行了模态参数识别。由于整备车体一阶垂向弯曲频率的计算值与试验值均低于标准要求的10Hz,利用有限元模态分析方法对车体结构进行了局部优化,最终使整备车体一阶垂向弯曲频率提高到10.64Hz,满足了标准的要求。
The identification of modal parameters is carried out for a certain type of railway passenger car carbodies on the basis of finite element modal analysis and testing modal analysis technology.Since both the calculated value and the tested value of the first order vertical bending frequency of carbodies in working order are lower than 10 Hz,which is required by the standard,the finite element modal analysis method was used to make the local optimization of the carbody structure,the first order vertical bending frequency of carbodies in working order finally reached 10.64 Hz,which has met the requirement of the standard.
