摘要
将液体平铺在透明亚克力平板上,在表面张力的作用下得到均匀的液膜.驱动平板上下振动,在合适的频率下可在液膜表面得到稳定的驻波图样.通过光学方法将驻波图样投影到屏幕上,适当地调制投影光源,可以显示不同相位的驻波峰值图样.利用自制装置演示了不同形状液膜的驻波,测量了驻波波长,并得到液体毛细波的色散关系.
        A method was proposed to observe and measure the standing waves on liquid surface.By placing liquid on a transparent acrylic flat plate,a uniform liquid film was formed under the action of surface tension.Steady standing wave pattern on the liquid surface could be obtained when the plate was vertically driven at suitable frequencies.Projecting the pattern on a screen,the standing wave could be easily demonstrated and measured.In addition,properly modulating the light source of the projector,details of the standing wave pattern could be revealed.By this method,standing wave patterns of liquid film of various forms were demonstrated,the wavelength was measured,and the dispersion relations of capillary waves were measured.
