摘要
针对河钢唐钢型钢厂大型线仅有1座步进梁式加热炉无法满足轧制产能需要的现实情况,对加热炉实施了一系列技术改造。通过调整加热炉底机械设备定心轮角度、新增250 mm步距、改良加热制度、增加自动燃烧系统等措施,使单炉装钢量增加5~56根,机时产量增加13.3~42.3 t,燃耗下降47.48~199.3 m~3/t。实现了能源管理的精细化,提高了能源利用效率。
        There is only one walking beam reheating furnace in HBIS Group Tangsteel section steel pant, which can not meet the rolling capacity need, so a series of technical reforms have been carried out on the reheating furnace. By adjusting the centering wheel angle of the mechanical equipment at the bottom of the heating furnace, adding 250 mm step, improving the heating system and increasing the automatic combustion system, the loading capacity of the single furnace is increased by 5~56 bars, the machine hourly output is increased by 13.3~42.3 t, and the burning consumption is decreased by 47.48~199.3 m~3/t. The refinement of energy management has been realized and the efficiency of energy utilization has been improved.
