摘要
绳索取芯钻进工艺广泛应用于煤层气参数井中,为解决气测录井准确度易受影响的问题,本文着重从取芯作业和泥浆泵排量两个方面进行探讨。分析结果:取芯作业时钻井液的静止以及小排量泥浆泵过长的迟到时间是影响气测录井准确度的主要原因;通过加强循环、适当提高泵排量的方法可将其对准确度的影响降至最低。
Wire-line coring drilling technology is widely used in coalbed methane parameter wells. In order to solve the problem that the accuracy of gas logging is easily affected, this paper focuses on two aspects: coring operation and mud pump displacement. The analysis results show that the main reasons affecting the accuracy of gas logging are the static drilling fluid during coring operation and the long lateness of small displacement mud pump; the influence of the accuracy can be minimized by strengthening circulation and increasing pump displacement appropriately.
