摘要

服务型执政党是具有突出服务意识,能够统揽全局,秉承科学服务、民主服务、依法服务执政理念和执政方式的新型政党。建设服务型执政党是一项系统工程,应坚守立党为公、执政为民的立场,进一步密切党群关系,扎实转变工作作风,不断提升履职尽责的服务能力和加强绩效评估考核。新时期加强服务型执政党建设应深刻挖掘其实质内涵及其内在联系,明确切实可行的推进路径,为进一步夯实党的执政基础,巩固党的执政地位提供坚实的保障。
        The service oriented-ruling party is a new type of party,which has outstanding service consciousness,can centralize the overall situation,stick to scientific and democratic service,and follow the law ruling ideas and governing mode.Building a service-oriented party is a systematic project.It should adhere to the position of the party for the public and for the people,to further close the relationship between the party and the masses,and change the style of work,and constantly improve their ability to perform their duties and strengthen the performance appraisal.To strengthen the construction of the ruling party in the new period,we should dig deep into its essence and its internal relations,find practical way to provide a solid guarantee in order to further strengthen the party's class foundation and mass base and consolidate the party's ruling position.
