摘要
研究了液化气的成分对低热值的影响,提供了一种详细的计算方法。在燃气具的检测中低热值对热性能(热负荷和热效率)的影响比较大,因而计算低热值时必须考虑液化气的成分。本次试验用的液化气如果不考虑其他成分计算出来的低热值为92.93,从而计算出来的热负荷是3.80 kW,热效率为67.27%,考虑其他成分时计算出来的低热值为92.33,从而计算出来的热负荷为3.77 kW,热效率为67.59%。两者之间有一定的差值,特别是当试验用的液化气并不是特别纯时,相差就特别明显。
In this paper,the influence of liquefied gas composition on low calorific value is studied,and a detailed calculation method is provided. Low calorific value has a great influence on the thermal performance(heat load and heat efficiency) of gas tools, so the composition of liquefied gas must be considered when calculating low calorific value. If the low calorific value of liquefied petroleum gas used in this test is 92.93,the calculated heat load is 3.80 kW and the thermal efficiency is 67.27%. The low calorific value calculated when other components are considered is 92.33. The calculated heat load is 3.77 kW and the thermal efficiency is 67.59%certain difference between the two,especially when the liquefied gas used in the test is not particularly pure.
