摘要
目的分析ADAM33基因F+1位点基因多态性与小儿哮喘的关系,为临床诊断小儿哮喘提供依据。方法选取2014年6月-2017年6月哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院诊治的100例小儿哮喘患儿为观察组,同期该院诊断的健康体检小儿100例为对照组。分析两组研究对象ADAM33基因F+1位点是否满足Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律,检测两组研究对象的C和T等位基因的频率,并分析ADAM33基因F+1位点多态性与哮喘发病的关系。结果所有研究对象的ADAM33基因F+1位点均满足Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律。两组C和T等位基因频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);且F+1位点多态性对哮喘相对危险无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论 ADAM33基因F+1位点基因多态性与小儿哮喘发病无显著关系。
        Objective To analyze the relationship between gene polymorphism of ADAM33 F+1 locus and asthma in children,provide a basis for clinical diagnosis of asthma in children. Methods One hundred children with asthma diagnosed and treated in the Second Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected as observation group,and one hundred children receiving physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The coincidences of ADAM33 F+1 locus and HardyWeinberg equilibrium in the two groups were analyzed. The frequencies of C and T alleles in the two groups were detected. The relationship between gene polymorphism of ADAM33 F+1 locus and onset of asthma in children was analyzed. Results ADAM33 F+1 locus met HardyWeinberg equilibrium among all the children. There was no statistically significant difference in the frequencies of C and T alleles between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Gene polymorphism of ADAM33 F + 1 locus had no significant impact on asthma( P > 0. 05).Conclusion Gene polymorphism of ADAM33 F + 1 locus is not significantly correlated with asthma in children.
