摘要

马克思法治思想是马克思主义思想体系的重要组成部分,是马克思关于法的起源、本质、发展规律以及法与国家关系、法与个人关系等重大问题的根本理论,对我国民族地区法治建设的实践具有重要的指导意义。首先阐述马克思法治思想的主要内容与特色,其次分析我国民族地区马克思法治思想发展的制约因素,从而挖掘民族地区马克思法治思想的当代价值,为我国少数民族地区法治思想的发展奠定坚实的理论基础,提升少数民族地区法治建设水平。
        Marx's rule of law thought is an important part of the Marxist ideology. It is the fundamental theory of Marx's major issues such as the origin, essence, development law, law-state relationship, law and personal relationship, and the practice of the rule of law in China's ethnic regions. Has important implications. This paper firstly expounds the main content and characteristics of Marx's rule of law thought, and then analyzes the restrictive factors of Marx's rule of law construction in ethnic areas in China, so as to explore the contemporary value of Marx's rule of law in ethnic areas, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of rule of law in ethnic areas in China. It can improve the level of rule of law construction in minority areas.
